 I am Shirelle Davis, Founder & National Chaplin of Gamma Lambda Epsilon Sorority, Inc. proud wife and mother of two. 

A native of Middletown, Ohio, currently a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia. I've had the privilege of serving my community for many years. 

As a prominent businesswoman and hair salon owner for 30 years, I've learned the importance of hard work, dedication, and resilience. 

Through Gamma Lambda Epsilon Sorority Inc., I strive to create a supportive sisterhood that uplifts and inspires women to be their best selves. 

I'm excited to embark on this journey with my fellow co-founders and members, and I look forward to seeing the incredible things we'll achieve together."

 As a devoted mother and passionate leader, I am driven by an unyielding commitment to uplift and empower women. As President of Gamma Chapter in Virginia and Coordinator  of Gamma Groove, I harness my diverse experience in music, theater, dance, and elementary education to forge a community that ignites purpose, fuels growth, and fosters unshakeable bonds. I am resolute in my pursuit of a culture that embodies impact, service, and sisterhood - where women are catalysts for change, champions of each other, and architects of a brighter future. With every connection, every initiative, and every moment, I strive to leave an indelible mark - a legacy of empowered women shaping the world, lifting each other up, and thriving together. Through intentional leadership, creative expression, and a heart for service, I aim to inspire a movement of women who support, uplift, and propel each other towards greatness. My goal is to create a ripple effect of positivity, empowerment, and transformation that resonates far beyond our organization, touching lives and communities in meaningful ways. I am dedicated to making that vision a reality, fueled by passion, guided by purpose, and committed to excellence. 

 Hello I am Becky Yates and I have over 30 years of Navy and Federal Government experience in the Information Technology and Communications arena and I am a retired Navy veteran.  I have years of experience with training, mentoring, outreach, resume writing and personal and professional development and time management.  I have a passion for helping and uplifting others and support them in achieving their goals.  I hold an MBA with a concentration in Management and BS in Computer Networking.  I have a thirst for knowledge and love to do research.  In my past time I love to read and take long walks.  I enjoy a great sisterhood and coming together to make our community a better place. 

Hello, I am Dr. Cynthia Moody. I have over 26 years of experience in the healthcare field, serving as a Registered Nurse for 26 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 10 years. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2016. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to mentor others, lead with purpose, and remain actively involved in community service.

Community service is very close to my heart, and my dedication to serving others has been recognized with five awards. Over the years, I have built strong, lasting relationships with many nonprofit organizations, allowing me to connect resources and people in meaningful ways.

I am passionate about helping others by sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained through my work in healthcare and my involvement in the community. I look forward to working alongside my sisters of Gamma Lambda Epsilon Sorority, Incorporated, and supporting our mission through service, collaboration, and resource development.

 Hello, I am Naomi Medley. I have 16 years in the healthcare industry, and I have an associates and bachelors degree in healthcare. Along with my degree I also hold 3 certifications pertaining to healthcare one including CPR instructor.  Out of the 16 years, the last 6 years I have worked In pediatric office and I currently work as the school nurse for a nonprofit organization Headstart/early Headstart school. I love children and watching them develop, grow and explore new things. I am blessed to be apart of each boy and girl turning into great kings and queens when they are older. In my free time, I love to spend it with my granddaughter as I am able to be a big part of her also becoming a great queen when she gets older.

Committed to mentoring youth and serving the community. With 12 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing compassionate care to children and elderly individuals with mental and physical disabilities. A Licensed Cosmetologist for 10 years and former salon owner for 7 years. Recently graduated with honors, earning an Associate of Science in Medical Billing and Coding.
